I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Notre Dame. My research interest is the study of atomic nuclei using heavy-ion reactions using active-target detectors and radioactive beams produced with TriSol at the Institute for Structure and Nuclear Astrophysics at the University of Notre Dame. I am also involved in experiments using active-target detectors and radioactive beams at the ATLAS facility at Argonne National Laboratory and the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams at Michigan State University.
